Warranty
Every product states its warranty period on its own page, before you buy.
We publish the exact warranty period on each product page rather than making you search for it. Where a manufacturer provides the warranty, we help you claim it; where we provide it ourselves, we service it ourselves.
What is typically covered
- Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
- Failures that appear within the stated warranty period.
- Repair or replacement, at our or the manufacturer's discretion.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, liquid damage and damage from power surges.
- Wear on consumable parts such as batteries beyond their rated cycles.
- Software issues, data loss and unauthorised repairs.
Refurbished products
Refurbished units carry an Ezam warranty rather than a manufacturer warranty. The period is shorter than for new stock and is stated clearly on the product page. Every refurbished unit is tested before listing and graded honestly.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the fault. Bring the item to the shop or arrange collection. We diagnose before committing to a course of action, and we tell you what we find.
