What we collect

When you send an order we record your name, phone number, email address, the delivery address or collection choice, and anything you write in the order notes. If you create an account we also keep your sign-in email and a securely hashed password.

We do not take card or M-PESA details on this website. Payment is arranged with you directly once we have confirmed your order.

Why we use it

• To confirm stock and price, and to deliver or hand over your order.
• To contact you about that order by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To keep the records a business is required to keep for accounting and warranty.

We do not sell your details or use them for advertising by other companies.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to complete your order, such as the courier delivering it, and anyone the law requires us to share it with.

Cookies and this browser

The site uses a session cookie so your basket, saved products, comparison and recently viewed products work while you browse. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
