Delivery
How and when your order reaches you, and what it costs.
We deliver countrywide. Nairobi orders placed before midday are usually delivered the same working day where the product is in stock; elsewhere in Kenya we use established courier partners.
Options
- Nairobi same-day — for in-stock items ordered before 12:00 on a working day.
- Nairobi next-day — the standard option for orders placed later in the day.
- Countrywide courier — typically one to three working days depending on destination.
- Collection in store — free, and you can inspect the product before taking it.
Cost
Delivery cost depends on destination, weight and whether the item needs special handling. It is confirmed before you pay — never added afterwards.
Large and fragile items
Desktops, monitors and printers are packed for transit and, in Nairobi, delivered by our own team rather than a general courier.
